When I bought this truck it had 35” Toyo M/T on the stock “bead lock” rims. While the Toyos look great and are quiet for a Mud Terrain , they are heavy and I don’t need mud terrains. I took this opportunity to get rid of the rims that aren’t a true bead lock with the beauty ring. Went back to the BFG KO2 A/Ts that are much quieter and ride better. I took a risk by getting the 17” Method Roost wheels in Bronze. Had not seen them in person before I ordered them but I think they compliment the truck. What say ye?

yep - you are right - that is a nice look, even better than the stock wheels with the fake bead lock look . (Love those in that desert tan too.)

I say the badge makes me think “6.2 LITERS !”

The exhaust will make you think that too! This is my 2nd Raptor and I almost went with the new EB but for reasons I went back to the 1st Gen. O ne of those reasons is no fake noise in the cabin, the 6.2 definitely sounds better than a truck engine.

Strangely I like the standard 1st Gen rims better than the Beadlock upgrade. 2nd Gen Beadlocks are a nice upgrade though.

Thanks! I originally saw them on this anvil color wrangler and thought that was a great combo. I agree very few colors/vehicles would look good. Glad it turned out how it did.
